From early childhood, I have the memory that the front-page headline of the Sankei Shimbun read Good Births, and there was a photograph printed of multiple mixed-gender pairs in a Japanese-style room engaging in sexual intercourse in that ritual manner, and my mother snatched it up and took it off somewhere. In an early-morning weekend information program, actor couples who were real-life husband and wife were, on stage, not only open in the front but with their backs bared about that far, having sex in that style, and I remember my parents, upon seeing it, mumbling something like, That is such-and-such, you know—. When I got home early from elementary school, in a midday soap’s steamy scene, since the actors were not real-life husband and wife, they had a towel inserted at the opened front, and wearing hospital gowns, surrounded by doctors and nurses, they were having sex in that style while groaning uhn-uhn, and I remember that scene. And so on. Also, afterward, when I went into a big-box electronics store with my father, right then on a big-screen TV they were showing a lovemaking scene from a foreign film, and a scene was being broadcast where, to a nude woman lying on a bed, a man was kissing her starting from the toes and gradually moving up to her upper body, and after seeing that, the dimension changed. In this way, there are clusters of memories that are tied and linked to adjacent memory regions and stored together, or something like that.
