In the Kyoto Animation arson mass murder (36 dead, 34 injured including the perpetrator), the scene that the perpetrator (death-row inmate Shinji Aoba) initially claimed—delusionally—had been plagiarized used to be, if I’m not mistaken, something like a scene of a girl in the archery club carefully tightening her focus on a single arrow and shooting it beautifully, but this has changed to a scene of cheerful, good-humored chitchat of youthful camaraderie.
