Also, the elimination rate at police academies was, for some reason, highest at the Okayama Prefectural Police Academy. And in police communications too, Okayama Prefectural Police, outside of the Metropolitan Police Department, have introduced their own proprietary standard for information-communications terminals. In a parallel world close to this one, might there be a parallel world in which Okayama Prefecture has sub-capital functions?
